Sure Goldman Sachs may have downgraded Tesla to neutral - but Consumer Reports says its a BUY!
After testing the Tesla Model S, Consumer Reports has awarded the stylish electric car an impressive 99 out of 100 score. This is the first electric vehicle to receive such a high score.
According to Jake
Fisher, director of Automotive Testing for Consumer Reports, "The Tesla Model S is packed with technological innovation," - "It accelerates, handles and brakes like a sports car, it has
the ride and quietness of a luxury car and is far more energy efficient
than the best hybrid cars."
I was lucky enough to take more than a few spins on the Consumer Reports test track in Connecticut a few years ago. It was awesome. I drifted the track in a G35 (traction control turned off) , a Mini Cooper, a Cadillac CTS, and a Mustang. I image that the Tesla was a beast on the track.
And I want one!
